For individual times:
5 rounds, each for time of:
7 squat cleans (135/95) (165 is Rx on the website, but we will go a bit lighter. Scaling the weight up (above 135/95) a bit is also an option.)
7 shoulders-to-overhead (same bar)
7 burpee chest-to-bar pull-ups
Rest 2 minutes between rounds. We will cap each round at 4 minutes, so use this as a guide when figuring out scaling options.
Ideally, use a pull-up bar that is 6 inches (roughly the length of your palm, depending on the size of your hands) above your max reach when standing.
