A. Tempo push presses – 5×5 at 70-73% of your max push press (increase from last week). Aim for a 5 second negative on each rep. If you can’t increase the weight, aim for an extra rep on each set.

B. Row 2000 m for time. Warm up well and hit this one hard. Compare to Oct 9 2018, Nov 25 2017, Sept 29 2016, Feb 19 2016, Nov 3 2015, Oct 14 2015, Dec 8 2014, Sept 30 2014, Dec 14 2012.
