A. Snatch complex – Every 2 minutes, do 2 hang snatches + 1 snatch, working at a moderately heavy weight.

B. From crossfit.com on August 30 2018 (https://www.crossfit.com/workout/2018/08/30#/comments), for time:

21 squat snatches (75/55, or scale as needed)
42 push-ups
15 squat snatches
30 push-ups
9 squat snatches
18 push-ups

Snatch weight should be light. Scale push-ups to a box or bar if needed. Compare to Sept 10 2018.
