No comments today? I bet everyone is still absorbing just how delightful manmakers are. And with that comment… I’m about to tell you that I have not done them yet today because I ran out of time. I’ll do them later this week.
I squeezed in some lifting though, and worked up to 190 for the high hang clean. There was a time when 190 was out of my reach for a clean of any sort, much less for a restricted movement like the high hang clean, so I’m happy with that progress.
Actually, I rather liked the man makers…I just figured everyone would think I was weird if I posted that.
