A. Take 15 minutes to work up to a heavy double in the overhead squat.
B. 3 rounds for time of:

Wow, today I did ‘skin the cat!’ (modified using a box) Thank you to Colleen who is a wonderful workout partner who encouraged me, and a BIG thank you to Colin for coaching me through it and helping me overcome my fear!!!
Hey, I’m happy to help, Melanie! Keep up the good work.
A. 165# for two reps. This felt pretty solid, which I’m happy about, as my previous 1RM is 170.
B. 9:31, with a 55# KB. My second set of double-unders was pretty broken, which didn’t help my time any. This one was tough, and I saw lots of people pushing hard today. Awesome work!
today was rough, i’m glad you agree colin! (makes me feel better) my arms are still paying the price from tuesday, and now today too!! ~BUT it was worth it. 🙂
A) 155 for 2, tried 165 but didn’t set my shoulders properly and ran out of time
B) 9:37 w/55# kb. I forgot just how much i love 75 GHD sit ups, especially when it hadn’t been nearly long enough since I ate.
Nice job by everyone on the one, it was a bit of a grinder
A. 105# for 2. Tried 115# but only squeezed out one rep.
B. Yikes. 12:14 using 45# KB, half and half double unders and singles and only 15 GHD situps per round. Last round of KBS were broken, all double unders broken and all GHD situps were broken rounds. I am not broken, though my abs are a little sore today :).
