A. 57.5# felt pretty exciting to be lifting that much over my head – very empowering! Whoop!!!
B. was scaled to single skips, ring rows were NOT horizontal…but still killer, and pushups on the lowest level on the box.
got 6 +67, so darn close to 7!!! next time, there will always be a next time 🙂

Way to go Esther, just realize that once you start enjoying moving heavy weight it gets more addictive
A) 175# been a long time since i tested a 1 rm and according to my log this was a 10# PR
B) 8 + 5 rx’d. Last couple of rounds of ring rows were broken up, but a food time was had by all
