A. 2 snatch balance, every EMOTM (every minute on the minute) for 5 min
B. 4 rounds of:
6 power cleans @ 60%
50 double-unders
12 lateral burpees (over bar)
Rest 1:1
You have no idea how much willpower it took to not post “10 km run” as the workout today, you know, what with the date and all.
A. Used 65#. Getting better but still not where I want to be. Shoulders are STILL in rough shape from last week. I’ll go a little heavier next time.
B. Tough. Used 85# for the power cleans and did all the double unders Rx’d! That ‘s a first for me with that many double unders. The new rope must be helping :). The burpees almost killed me – almost. 23:24 or something. I did keep all the rounds very consistent, which surprised me a lot. Was expecting things to slow down much more from round to round. Progress!
Colin, I think 100 burpees for time would have freaked me out even more than a 10k run. Of course that could be because I’ve never even TRIED to run 10k.
A. 45# snatch balance, going up was ok…going back down is rough though!
