A. Handstand work with a pushing focus: 3xME handstand pushups/piked pushups, and/or 10×1 handstand pushup/piked pushup negatives (1 rep every 30 sec).
B. KB clean and jerk – 1 min max effort per arm. Each arm gets tested twice, so four rounds total. Rest 2 min after round 2.
C. Mobility – If it ails you, work on fixing it. If it limits your overhead squat/pullup/curling lunge/slapshot/high-fiving/whatever, work on fixing it.
A. Did pike pushups kneeling on a 12″ box. 5, 4, 6.
B. R: 12, 13 L: 12, 12 with a 35# KB.
C. Shoulders and ankles.
