A. 3-position clean – 7×1
B. For time:
4 rounds of:
2 wall walks
9 box jumps
18 Russian KB swings (heavy);
then 100 double-unders + 10 gym lengths farmer carry (or one lap of the building, depending on how muddy it is).

A. worked up to 55#
B. 9: something. wall walks scaled to 3 shoulder touches each, box jump scaled to weighted walking lunges with 25# DB each arm, RKBS 25# (yes i am paranoid!), 100 single skips, and 40# each for farmer carry.
Was a great WOD 🙂
I loved this workout (I know, I always say that), but today felt like a whole bunch of baby steps that, when all put together, made me feel as though I can do this thing and a I don’t need to stay stagnant, always just grabbing the same weight or box. I feel like my cleans ate getting better. I faced my irrational fear of box jumps and took the 16″ box today. I grabbed the 44# kb for the swings in stead of the 35#, and took 2 44# kb for the farmers walk. Thanks for the excellent workout guys!
way to go colleen!!!
A. Worked up to 180# for the clean complex, all full cleans. The pulls felt fine, but my rack position was deteriorating on the high hang clean.
B. 10:09, with 24″ box, 80# KB for the swings, and 70# DBs for the farmer carry. The double-unders kind of fell apart after about 50, and I was only hitting 10 or 15 per set, which slowed me down.
Colleen… I’m glad you’re busting down some barriers. A special shout out to Kelly, who “accidentally” discovered she can swing a 44# KB with ease.
