A. These felt a little rough today, as it feels like I haven’t done them in a while, but I they got better as I progressed. Worked up to 115, and I ended up doing 5 sets at that weight to get 3 successful sets.
B. 12, 12, 10 reps, with 45, 45, 50#
C. 5 rounds plus 17 reps with 55# KB. This one felt just like a test of pure conditioning (which is what I intended), as I didn’t feel particularly taxed by any one movement.
Based on how busy the evening open gym was tonight, I’m thinking about switching to having classes on the hour. I will send out an e-mail once we make this change however. Comments?
