A: struggled with these before but today I felt a huge improvement! 70# new pr for me
B: worked with Erin on this and had a blast! We finished at 15:53 I think. The barbell carry was a huge challange for me with my left hand!
Thanks again for the fun workout
A) 170# which is a PR for 3 rep max. A bit (lot) more practice and mobility work and I think I can catch Colin
B) Colin and I teamed up for this. 13:…I forgot to write it down before I left. Like Janelle said, the barbell carries were interesting good skill for building grip strength.
A. 180 lbs for 3 on the overhead squat, which is a 5 lb PR. My second to last weight today was 165, which didn’t feel completely stable, but 180 actually felt quite good (once I finally got it overhead on my third attempt). I think these Sots presses and shoulder work are paying off.
B. This was a good mix, and the forearm assault turned out to be a nice bonus. I didn’t find the barbell carries to be too bad at the time, but the forearms were a little tight afterwards.
