On the sled was 160 for the first round then dropped to 135 for the next 2. Tire flips 10,12, 14

This one just left everything feeling tired, I love Saturday WODs in the parking lot.
A. Worked up to 130, which I was happy with, considering I haven’t done much snatching at that weight, much less from a high hang. I still need to work on getting more vertical acceleration on the bar.
B. Did this one on my own, with Hillary calculating my times. Weight on the sled – 135. Tire flips — 7, 8, 10.
Push-ups — 30, 22, 22. These went downhill fast, and the combination of KB swings and pushups was interesting in terms of how the shoulders felt. My rhomboids and I are not on speaking terms any longer.
A) 95#, tried 100# but it didn’t look pretty.
B) This WOD totally rocked me.
I think the sled had 115# then 90# and 90#. there was very little jogging, mostly walking and pushing very slowly.

KBS and push-ups – 13, 9 & 9.
Wow, my shoulder stabilizers were so fatigued for the KBS, something I don’t think I’ve ever experienced before. Suddenly that 35#K was kicking my ass. I would have to say the push-ups were the easiest part of the work-out, which is saying a lot.
Wow, I must say, Mara and I are looking really, REALLY GOOD! I LOVE this photo. Love how crossfit is changing me inside and out!
I was so pumped to see coach Jay, Shelley and coach Hillary on Saturday. I don’t get to workout with you all that much. It was “EASY” heh heh. Not by any means was that the truth. My shoulders are KILLING ME!!! Thanks so much for being such an amazing box of people! I love you WAY WAY more than 50 burpees in 6 mins and 5 seconds!!!!
