A. 5 RM deadlift — 325 lbs (10 lb PR), which felt pretty good.
B. Today was pretty quiet attendance-wise, so Jay and I did half of a KB pentathlon, which is comprised of 3 minutes work and 2.5 minutes rest, with “events” of KB clean, clean and press, jerk, half snatch, and push press. The score is calculated both on the number of reps, and on the weights of the KBs used. It was a bit rough on the hands, but it was good fun.

I REALLY wanted to do this work out but unfortunately it would have been 5 days straight and I was pretty sore from the week come Saturday morning!
Hopefully its programmed again, have a good weekend!

We may do it later this week, as nobody actually did it yesterday.
