Good day to workout, missed too many days this past week because of my day job.
A) worked negative deficit HSPU off of the large set of parelletes, control down is getting better
B) 9:15 RX’d turns out this was my first time to play with Helen. Good times indeed
A) Worked on heel pulls with handstands and tried HSPU negatives for the first time.
B) “Helen” is nasty! 14:18 – used 35# KB, thin blue + thin red bands for pullups.
A. Did some heel pulls and negatives to 3 abmats, which was wayyyy more challenging with narrow hands than last time I did some 3-abmat HSPU’s with wider hand stance. Either that or my shoulders were just exhausted.
B. Used the green band for pull-ups. 13:3? I think. Pull-ups were the limiting factor for sure.
