Did a mash-up, but mostly Monday’s programming.
A. Clean technique work: hang + high hang clean. Up to 110#, which is not very heavy for me but plenty heavy for the day.
B. 3 rounds of 8 DB snatch (45#), 8 weighted lunges/leg (35/hand) and 8 weighted hip ext. So glad this wasn’t for time. I was huffing and puffing like crazy from the snatches and lunges.
C. Partner hollow rocks. Much for fun, though just as challenging, as the normal version.
