A. Got up to an ugly 75, then backed off and tried to get under the bar with 65. Disappointing day.
B. 10:58 using 35# DB. Was SOOOOO much worse than it looked on the board! But glad I went for it with 35. Thanks, Colin!
A. Worked up to 132.5, which is a small PR for this sequence. Tried a few times for 135, but couldn’t quite get a solid catch. The pull portion felt good though.
B. 10:16 with 45# DBs.
