Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.

Folks,
With Colin away i forgot to get the word out, Team WOD this Monday at 2:00. This is open to everyone who attends Crossfit Steinbach. Please allow 90 minutes fort his workout as they usually take us a little longer.

Wow what a day!!!
I chose the workout from Wednesday.
A. Push press. Heavy set of 5 and used 55lbs which is a new PR for me! Yaaayyy!
B. Used 40lbs for the slow negative work, 2×3 push presses
C. 15lb DB for split lunges and bench presses with a slow negative. 20lbs for rows.
Thanks Jay for helping me believe in myself and for all of those girls who cheered me on! Noon class was awesome!

Melanie you were awesome today!! Way to go on the push presses, you fought hard on that last rep and you were just beaming afterwards which was so awesome to see!
