A. Did box squats instead. 90#, 95# and finished off with 100#…and dropped the box height a wee little bit – boy did that ever make a difference!! Getting stronger!
B. 8 BB power cleans with a push press at 50#, and 12 straight leg raises = 10:51 felt good.
Was a great WOD!
A). Dead lifts instead of front squats with 120#, 125#, and 130#.
B). 10:56 or something.
Did 65# hang clean/push press instead of thrusters.
Did leg raises instead of T2B. I’m very disappointed with how sloppy I get with these when the timer is going.
Rowed 500m.
Very sore forearms and calluses (and glutes/hamstrings) with today’s workout, but I enjoyed it!
A. Done at 130, 140 and 147.5. Last set was tough.
B. 10:27 using 85# and trying to get my knees up high while also pulling myself with my upper body. Not too sure how that really turned out, as I have a bit of a torn callus and the pain was so intense I couldn’t think straight. But no actual bleeding so had to keep going. This was one of the tougher ones I’ve done in a while. Hands, wrists and forearms were shot. Was fun working out with Janelle, Laryssa and Melissa! Way to push one another, ladies!
