A) 120#. Tried to match my previous rm of 125# to no avail.
B) 15:35 I think. Pull ups felt good tonight. I was able to push out and down actively, instead of my usual slow negative. As a result I was able to do sets of 7-10. More running with awkward med balls is required. I need to work at this.
