Good morning ! If anyone wants a good laugh I saw a commercial for “the chair gym” this morning and found it hilarious. It’s worth the watch on YouTube if your bored!
I did the WOD from Tuesday. Pull ups are my nemesis, so working on these when I can.
A) Did the pull ups with a black band.
B) Black band again with the flex arm hang.
C) Farmer Carry – Started off with 44#KB but Colin thought that was to easy, so went up to 53#KB
D) 3×25 GH hip extensions.
I am going to Celebrate once I get rid of the black band when doing pull ups!!!
Did the WOD from Wednesday.
A) FS = #80
B) KB = #35

This workout looked really scary! I was even more scared using the big yellow KB for the first time but it went really good! Thanks Colin for making me go for the heavier KB.
