Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.

Did Wednesday’s snatch/OHS and row. Snatches at 55#, looking better towards the end. I was not sure I’d be able to get up to 55, though that is a pretty light weight for me. Shoulders were pretty tight.
3 x 500m row: 1:49, 1:53, 1:53. Happy enough with that I guess. Worked hard to get those last two that fast. Went a little too hard on the first one.

Back squats and burpees for me.
A) BS 10 @ 135#, 8 @ 160#, 8 @ 170#, 8 @ 180#
B) BJ and burpee workout – 2 rounds each time and 1:37 I think for the DU
I think it’s pretty cool I can BS 8 reps at my body weight – on the bar, I mean.

I worked on deadlifts and rowing today.
A. 7×2 deadlifts at 275 every 2 minutes — tried to focus on moving the weight relatively quickly. I did some clean pulls at 225 after.
B. 3×500 m row with 4 minutes rest – 1:40.4, 1:40.2, 1:41. I was happy with the consistency, and I think it helped that I had a pace boat set up for 1:40.
C. 3xME strict pull-ups — Not the best idea after the rows.
