A. Worked up to 115lb 5RM deadlift. Disappointed that I didn’t get a PR today. Have to work on my tight hamstrings.
B. Did 6 rounds plus 12 reps using 35lb KB and 16″ box for push-ups.
A. Worked up to 200# deadlift!!! Yay PR!
B. Did 8 +1 using 55# KB and 30″ bar on rack.
Congratulations to everyone who PR’ed today.
A. Got up to 265 x 5, which is a 10 lb PR that I haven’t been able to break through for at least 2 years. Yay! Thrilled, especially since I haven’t exactly been feeling strong this week.
B. 8 + 7, using 70# KB and chest-to-deck push-ups. Interesting that even though I used a really heavy KB, the push-ups were still the limiting factor.
The board looked awesome today, with all those PR’s!
A. 5 @155# = a 35#PR!
B. 7+10, 44#KB and 36 knotch for the push-ups. The push ups were def the limiting factor for me too, broken up lots! But still pleased with how I did today!
A. 327.5# for 5 reps in the deadlift – 2.5# PR. I was probably a bit conservative today, but this was the first time I’ve deadlifted over 300 in probably 4 months, so I wasn’t sure how it would go. A month and a half ago, I couldn’t even budge 330 for a single rep, so I’m happy with this.
B. 12 rounds, 80# KB. Aside from one chalk break, this was pretty much unbroken. The pull-ups got tough, but I was able to rest without dropping out of the plank position.
Awesome work on all the PRs today!
