I was really looking forward to waiter walks (haven’t done them in awhile), but alas, the OT fairy called and I couldn’t say no. Have fun for me!
Today was fun!! I had Robin all to myself this morning so it was a play day!
A.OHS- 3 at 85#… 30# PR!!! yay!
B. SOTS 3×5 @ 35#
C. used 15# for lunges, 25# plates for waiter walk and ring rows. I did it in 9:12
Then I worked on pull up negatives. I’m going to get my pulls this year!!
A. 3RM OH Squat- 115! 10lb PR, whoop whoop! (Thanks for the encouragement Robin!)
B. Sots Press with an empty 35# bar. 13, 15, 17 (Thanks Colin for challenging us to these 30mins of sitting it a squat daily, I really saw these come through for me today as it made sitting in a squat for the Sots Press so much easier!!)
C. Time was 10:16, Rx’d!

I’m happy all around with today’s workout!
A) 155#, not great depth but it’s equal weight to my max jerk so there’s room to improve my comfort level with this kind of weight overhead. Next time will be better.
B) 25# x 10, 30# x10, 35# x7
C) 14:31 with 40# DB lunges, 25# plate and horizontal ring rows.
