Doing stairs after was ruff, hahaha!!
A) 125 was goof then it became a bit of a mess for me tried a couple of times at 135 and was just to loose
B) 7+17 managed all my wall balls unbroken need to work on my transitions
C) missed these last night so I did them Tuesday morning.
