If you are participating in the CrossFit Games Open and can’t make it out on Saturday, you may do the 14.2 WOD at 11 am today with Robin. Please let us know if neither of these times work for you and we’ll figure something out.
For those who aren’t competing, today is the usual Friday’s choose your own adventure. Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.
A. Did 14.2 with Kristie and Esther. Managed my whole 10 reps, though shoulder mobility and squat mobility were not great so had trouble with depth. WTG Esther on the OHS PR! Woot! Did a little trying for a pull-up, but not there yet.
B. Wednesday’s squats. Feeling pretty good.
C. Fooling around with rings, pull-up work. Fun one.
