A. Work up to a heavy set in the following complex: 2-position clean (high hang + hang) + split jerk.
B. Complete the following for time, with a partner. One person works at a time, except obviously for the wheelbarrow and partner carry.
2 laps of wheelbarrow
30 goblet squats (35/55)
30 hand-release push-ups
60 KB swings (35/55)
30 burpees
Partner carry 6 laps (3 each).
A) Worked up to 95#. Good to know my elbows are getting faster, but I struggle with standing up out of that front squat.
B). Kristie was my partner. This was a had, but good workout.
Hung around doing negatives on the pull ups after the workout.
A. Worked up to 105#
B. Partnered with Colleen. Hard but worth it!

A. Feeling strong today- worked up to 135#, just gotta work on my knees when I dip for my split jerk
B. This was one was really fun! The Burpees were my favorite part! Hillary was my partner and we finished in 14:44!
C. Pull-up negatives, jumping pull-ups and a few rings rows to finish it all off
