A. I did the rope pulls.
B. 12 wall walk and I was getting my chest to the wall most times.
C. 5 min AMRAP of KB clean and jerk. I used the 25# KB as my one wrist has been bothering me. I did 63
D.50 burpees 5:21 I believe
After 14.5 I hated burpess. After this week, I still don’t like them.
Ha ha… it’s like living with a cranky cat. You try to avoid each other, but every once in a while, out of nowhere you have claw marks on your shins and curses on your tongue.
My manta was at least they are not barbell facing burpees.
