A). PR’ed my push press (I LOVE push presses!). Previous PR was 105#, today 112.5#.
B). 10 mins and some. Esther and I combined our box jump and burpees and did bar jump burpees instead (that’s our knee rehab, he he). Lots of fun. Esther’s a machine so she kept me going in those burpees.

A. Got up to 145# to tie a very old PR, but it was a struggle. Really having a tough time with my form these days. Actually failed at least 6 times working up to that weight, and a few of those were at 135. Thanks to Colin who kept me on track after I was going to quit (and probably cry.)
B. Was dreading this one, but doing it with Melissa and Lise made it more fun. 10:21 using knee raises and chest-to-deck push-ups. 20″ box.
