A. Ok. So very thrilled!! The triple digits have evaded me for so long on most lifts, and I finally hit it today!!! Whoop!! 100# YES!!!
B. I used 30#, and I ran backwards about half the laps. We did it outside, my first one this year! Was sweet!!
Way to go Esther. There’s something so cool about being able to lift triple digits!
A). No PR today, but I’m ok with that. I PR’ed my clean last week. Struggling so much with standing up out of the squat on my clean.
B). Good to know there’s something I can do.
C). Went outside…LOVED it! 35# for my snatches. Not a lot of sprinting happening. My legs felt like rubber after all the squats with those cleans.
Don’t know what tomorrow’s workout is, but I’m already looking forward to it!
A. Clean PR today, whoop whoop! 145#
B. Clean Pulls at 155# 3×2
C. 40# DB for snatches
It was fun running outside with Esther and Scott today, so happy to be outside in the sun!
CONGRATS ESTHER ON HITTING THE TRIPLE DIGITS!! PROUD OF YOU GIRL!!!
Congrats on all the PR’s today!!!! I got to witness a few, and it was sweet.
A. 135#. Failed a few times at 137.5. Was not a PR, but it was the heaviest squat clean I’ve ever done. Definitely coming along.
B. 150#.
C. 11:55 or something. 45# DB. May have to go heavier next time we have low reps.
A) PR’d at 125# I’ve done a muscle clean and jerk at this before, but not a squat clean.
B) 3×2 at 140#
C) Didn’t do this. Had to run and take the kids to the dentist. 🙁 and one has to get braces.
Way to go Esther on the triple digits!! It is so exciting!
