If you’re bringing a friend, please come at 10 am, or preferably a bit before so we can take care of waivers. If you’re looking for the regular class, come at 9 am.

21 KB swings (55/35)
12 toes-to-bar.
Thanks for having another Bring a Friend day, and I was happy that I could come and that my friend came with me, despite the fact that she was sure she was going to die before she even walked into the gym. We spent time talking afterwards about how CrossFit (specifically modifying workouts according to our abilities), and she is quite sure now that CrossFit is something that she’d like to try. Now we’ll see if she signs up!
Saturday was a lot of fun, with 10 people at the bring-a-friend session (including 4 first timers). I love introducing CrossFit to new people!
