Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.

Hillary and I got to do her b-day workout after the last class today. Although she still kicked my butt (again), I did improve almost 1.5 minutes from last year’s time, to 13:08. The overhead work is still a challenge, but it didn’t feel as soul-crushing as last year.
