A. Back squat – 2×5@75%, 3×3@78%.

B. With a partner, for a 12 minute AMRAP:

40 bench presses (135/95 or 50-55% of max bench press)

60 wall balls

40 toes-to-bar.

**Bench presses must be spotted by your partner. Try to partner up with someone who is lifting the same amount. If that’s not possible (and we’re short on benches), set up your bar on one side of the rig, and your partner on the opposite side, and just switch the bench back and forth as needed. Partition the reps as needed. One person works at a time for all of the movements. All rep numbers are totals.
