𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀… 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲. That’s not to downplay the importance of nutrition, because it really is the foundation of everything else health-related, but dialing in your exercise habit can inspire you to work on your nutrition, but the reverse is much less true.
Move first, build a consistent exercise habit, and go from there.
