What does it REALLY take to make progress with your health and fitness?
1. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 – The best workout is the one that you consistently do.
2. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Once a week is not going to get you where you want to be. Even twice a week is not enough for most people. Three times a week or more? Now you’re going to make real progress.
3. 𝗔 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 – Progress lies outside your comfort zone. If it didn’t, we’d all be getting fit while sitting on our couches.
Does it matter WHAT you’re doing for training? Yes, absolutely. But hear us when we say this… there are more people out there who are just not moving enough than there are those who are doing ineffective training programs.
Where should you start? Move more, and more often. Do things that challenge your brain and your body.
