Single leg deadlift (2 hand) – 4 per leg, as heavy as possible.

A. Used green band plus thinner red band. Someday I will do an unassisted pullup!
B. Used 55# for the single leg deadlifts, 50# for bench press and 25# per hand for the split lunges. Was impressive watching Colin do his weighted pullups today.
