A. Up to 75#, then got tired so dropped weight. Not a fantastic day.
B. Jumping Good Mornings at 115# (unpleasant), DB rows at 25, 30 and 35# (heavier next time) and 30 scaled down hollow rocks per round. The good mornings were mostly bad because of bar movement. I need to hold on better I think.
