A) my 1 RM is 115 lbs, so I worked off that number. I feel as though I am getting more comfortable in my squats.
B) 3:15?
Used the (gulp) 55 lb KB and managed that all right. I’m unable to do toes to bar (yet), so it was knees up for me.
As always, this was a good workout. I think we established that Colin needs to talk louder during the workout 🙂 .
A: 105/110/125/130
B: 3:00 one of my favorite workouts! I used the green KB I think it’s about 55# I originally grabbed the 44# but Colin made me try the 55# and told me i can use that instead.
Which it worked out pretty good I was extremely nervous at the start but It was totally a mental thing and I did really good.
A: worked with weight based on 160 lb 1RM
B: Swung 55lbs for the first time and used it for this part of the WOD. Did hanging leg raises instead of the toes to bar but managed to get my first toes to bar after the workout was done yay!!

A. 75,85,90,95…these felt good! right knee was a little creakie but all was well!
B. 2:41, used a 35#KB, and Colin encouraged me to use the 44# next time…yikers – that scares me!! and did knees up instead of T2B, but i’m with Colleen i will do them some day!
congrats Kelly on your T2B – whoop, whoop!! and to you ladies that went up a KB, pure awesomeness 🙂
A. Still basing my 1RM on 215 as I didn’t do the last 1RM test. Felt really solid (though not easy) today.
B. Used 60# KB and hanging leg raises. Grip was the limiting factor for me. Almost cried for my poor hands today but didn’t actually rip or cry so I guess it was a good day after all :). 4:5?

B) 6:18, 60#KB, getting very close to consistently getting T2B. Grip strength definitely a limiting factor, along with lat strength
I did this one on friday:
A) Can’t remember my wieghts, but i do remember it seeming to be a lot harder then usual. I think i ended at 100#
B) 5:07 used 55# KB AND was able to do T2B the WHOLE way! I was impressed. 🙂
