B. Take 15 minutes to work up to 1 rep max clean and jerk.
C. 3 rounds, not for time:
5 wall walks
25 GHD situps
10 GH raises (or 25 hip extensions, if you don’t have GH raises).

First of all, I NEED to eat more food before the 9 am workout! Wow, my energy was totally sucked out by the end of the workout!
No huge weights for the snatches and clean and jerk, but Colin showed me how to set up from the floor for the snatches, and I really like that way better.
Did hip extensions rather than GH raises; 20 GHD situps, and 5 wall walks; 3 sets of each.
Today I got 2 PR’s
Snatch 70
Clean & Jerk 90
So yay for today!
Then 3 rounds of:
5 wall walks
10 GHD Sit Ups ( only my second time doing these)
25 GHD Hip Extentions
A: 85# PR
B: 105# feels kinda wobbly but getting better
C: I did the wall walks which were better each time I did them. I was finally able to walk back down instead of falling by the end! I did GH raises assisted with the little red band I could only get up to 7 so it’s a work in progress. And I did 25 GHD sit ups each round.
A) 60# PR – slow but steady progress.
B) 95# PR – Finally a full squat clean on this movement! Looking back at my notes I had made it up to 90# last year, but with a power clean because I couldn’t get under the bar fast enough.
C) Wall walks felt like work today! Did 25 GHD situps and hip extensions each round.
