Did Wednesday’s workout.
A. Snatch 100# even…PR! Finally!
B. C + J 135#. Ties an ancient PR from a couple of years ago. I haven’t been able to go that heavy for a looong time so pleased with the progress. Neither lift was pretty, though, still a work in progress.
C. Scaled version due to some back issues and general wimpyness. 25 knee raises, 2 wall walks and ME GHD extension hold per round.
There is nothing ‘wimpy’ about you, Mara! 🙂
