A) 95 lbs for the bench press, which is the same as last time. Left arm just can’t seem to get under the weight.
B) I think 6:56?
Did slam balls with 20 lb ball, ring rows, and knee ups.

Loved today’s WOD too, and had a hoot with the ladies ~ great work everyone!!
A. 75#, a 15# PR from April! Was thrilled, and really happy I hadn’t check my old PR. My mind def would have gotten in the way!
B. 6:54, did ball slams 15#, straight legs instead of T2B, and ring rows.
C.125 GDH hip extensions
AND…..got 2x T2B after the workout!! First time ever, so thrilled!!!!!
A. 80# bench press. Which is a PR for me. I was at 26kgs (which work out to be 57.2#) when I lived in Australia
B. 7:04 with 10# ball and need ups.

A) 185# was my last successful set. I tried for 200 (5# PR), but only got 4 reps. I haven’t benched in a while, so maybe I was a bit ambitious.
B) 5:47, with a 20# med ball. I broke up the last set of wall balls and pull-ups.
A. 125# x 5. I think I should have been able to go heavier, but not feeling very strong today.
B. This could have been called, “Mara’s slow and painful death by slow and missed wall balls.” I really struggled with them today. I knew I was feeling a little off, and in fact would have skipped the met con completely if Laryssa hadn’t been there to share the pain. Anyhow, it’s done. 10:19 or something, using a 14# ball and green band, with straight leg raises. Thanks, Laryssa!
