Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.

Today was a lot of fun!
A. We did gymnastic work: skin the cat, shoulder rolls.
B. I did Thursday’s workout: Twice for time: 10 KB snatches per arm, 10 KB overhead lunges per leg, 10 KB walking lunges per leg, 60 double unders
I used an 18lb kettle bell and did the double unders. I had to break the double unders up as I didn’t have the endurance to keep going, but I did them and I’m very happy about that! My time was 12:02.

Fun! Impromptu workout today to start. Skin the cat, learning how to fall.
I did yesterday’s workout, again. This time I increased the weight for the KB snatches and overhead walk. Decreased weight a bit for farmers carry. (Workout modified). Single skips for me.

Thursday’s WOD
A) 90#
B) 12:52 maybe, 35# KB for snatch and OH lung, 44# for farmer carry lunge
Much work needs to be done on my snatch. I think I just need to do a ton of high hang and hang snatch until it feels as comfortable as my clean.
KB snatch – my right arm knows what to do. My left hasn’t gotten in on the party yet.
