Fun workout…again!
A) I really enjoy doing pull up work, but I just cannot pull my weight up…yet. Used thick blue/red bands for the pull up negatives.
B) I think 11:53 was my time for this workout. I did shoulder touches off the wall, regular lunges instead of jumping, and 75 single skips each round. I was very happy about not having any knee pain with skipping today (but I wasn’t trying any double unders).
C) Tabata boat rockers…I’ve got a long ways to go with these!
A. Done with green plus thin red band.
B. OMG this was painful. 17:18 doing crossovers. I totally lost it with 4 crossovers to go but did eventually finish. Thanks to all who cheered and encouraged today. It helped.
