A) Box back squats 80#, 92.5#, 105#, 110#.
B) 60 overhead KB swings with 44#. Wow, exploding forearms again…I wish I could work through them, but can’t seem to overcome it. 2+ mins.
303 single skips in 3 mins, not very impressive.
