B. Working with a partner, do the following:
(Partner A/Partner B)
75 air squats / Double-unders or single skips
60 situps / scapular push-up hold (active shoulders)
6 laps farmer carry (2×55/35) / shuttle run
(Do all three pairings, then switch roles, i.e. Partner A does air squats, situps, farmer carry, then skipping, scap push-up hold, shuttle run.)
THEN: 4 laps each of partner carry.

B) 12:54 with Jay. I carried my husband 4 full laps of the gym!!! I didn’t know I had this capability!
That’s awesome! You never know when this skill might come in handy.
A) 115#, same as my previous PR. I think I did too many sets so when I tried 122.5# and 120#, I was already getting tired.

B) 14:33 I think, Flew through this with Kelly. Very fun. I was happy to get all the squats unbroken. And it was awesome to see Colin working out with us again! Woo hoo!
