Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.
Just a heads up for those of you interested in competing in FrostFit 2014: http://www.crossfitwinnipeg.com/2013/11/frostfit-2014-details/. In house registration for CF Winnipeg members begins Dec 3, but registration for everyone else will occur the following week. I will try to keep you posted, but it would likely be a good idea to keep your own eyes peeled as well, both on Facebook (if you are on FB), and on the CFW site. If last year is anything to go by, the spots will fill up very quickly, so you will have to be on the ball to get in. They opened up a few spots later on last year, but there is no guarantee they will do that this year.
I’m keeping an eye on the website.. this would be so much fun and so exciting to do if we can actually get in and register for it!
A) 135# successful both legs. 145# on my bad side but then didn’t have enough for my good side.
B) 17:59 with 105#. I tried to do groups of 3 touch and go for the cleans but that only lasted the first round. It quickly degenerated into singles. Sigh. But boy were my lats smoked about half way through but I made it through it.
A was split jerk
B was 6 rounds cleans and 3 wall walks, then 100 DU
