Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.

Did a bit of a medley of wednesday and tuesday
Wednesday’s
A) deadlifts @ 275 felt good
B) 8:23 for the burpee, pull-up, toe to bar, knee to elbow running combo. Nice medley and certainly cooked the shoulders nicely
Tuesday’s
B) could resist plate lunges and sled work
91.25# on the sled/45 plate 10:53 ( I think)…if the shoulders were tired coming in the were feeling rather alive by the end.
