It was a very busy day, with lots of people coming out to challenge their back squat – as a warm up for the (wo)manmakers.
Awesome seeing so many names on the board and PRs.
A) 215#, a 20# PR from last yr.
B) 6:21 with 30#DB, a 5 min PR from last time I tried to use 30#. I’m interested in feeling quite bad ass once I can move up to the 35# DB. And then the 40’s. The sky’s the limit.
