A. Back squat – 3×10. Increase weight 3-5% from last week.
B. For time:
4 rounds of: 20 box jumps, 15 DB push presses
Then: 9 laps farmer’s carry (2 DBs or KBs, as heavy as possible).
Compare to Jan 12 2015.
C. 3×35 tuck rocks. If this is super easy, add reps. If you can get 60 reps without significant loss of form, do ME straddle holds or rocks.
