Bring-a-Friend Day is today! Bring someone out for any of the regular classes, and you can do the following with them.
A. Push press – Increase to working weight (approx. 75%), then do 4×5.
B. With a partner:
Row 2000 m (alternate every 500 m)
60 pull-ups or ring rows (while partner holds plate (45/25) overhead)
60 lunges (while partner hangs from pull-up bar)
60 burpees (partner holds plank, either on hands or elbows)
500 single skips (more experienced people may do double-unders)
Reps may be partitioned as needed, with the exception of the rowing. Lunges may be done with weight if desired.
