A. Overhead squat – 4×3, increasing weight from last week if possible.

B. Alternating every 3 minutes for 12 minutes:

0:00-3:00 and 6:00-9:00: 10 bearhug sandbag lunges, and max lengths bearhug sandbag carry in the remaining time

Min 3:00-6:00 and 9:00-12:00: 10 double KB/DB deadlifts (heavy), and max lengths KB/DB farmer’s carry in the remaining time.
